| 不同的城市电网 ,负荷密度、配电变电站的保护方式、配电网的接地方式等是不同的 ,因此配电网的接线方式应因地制宜、各具特点。目前正在进行的城市电网建设改造工程和即将实施的配电系统自动化建设工程都要求对配电网的接线方式进行规划设计。结合济南城市中心区 10kV配电网的现状、特点 ,重点论述了实现配电系统自动化需要规划建设什么样的一次网架 ,提出了配电网的接线方式 ,优化配电线路结构 ,合理分段 ,合理选择线路分段开关 ,从而实现配电线路的灵活联络 ,提高线路供电可靠性和配电网运行管理水平。 |

| As different urban power network has different load density,different substation protection mode and different earthing mode,its wiring mode should naturally be different and distinctive.Both the current urban power network reconstruction project and the coming distribution system automation project need wiring mode planning and design.The primary network structure for the implementation of distribution system automation is emphasized and its wiring mode proposed.It means to optimize distribution line structure,rationally divide sections and properly choose load switch for each section.Therefore the flexible connection of power distribution lines can be realized,the power supply reliability and the power distribution management level enhanced. |
