电力系统低频振荡频率的快速估计算法

摘要:
为克服当前电力系统稳定器PSS(Power System Stabilizer)参数固定,运行方式单一的缺点,设计了一种实用的算法,能够在振荡在1/4周期内准确地估计出振荡频率,对PSS的运行参数进行实时调整,使所设计的PSS能够灵活地抑制各种频率的振荡,该算法运用了非线性回归法,首先分析了低频振荡波形遵循的数学规律,提出合适的回归方程,并通过泰勒展开法,将该回归方程进行简化,再等间隔抽取N个采集点进行回归计算,求出回归方程系数,减少了运算量,然后使用得到的系数技术振荡频率,最后利用Matlab对该算法进行仿真,结果表明该算法具有较高的精度和速度。

Abstract:
To improve current power system stabilizer(PSS),which has fixed parameters and single operating mode,a practical algorithm is presented.Based on non-linear regression analysis,it can accurately estimate the oscillation frequency of power system within1/4cycle,real-timely adjust PSS's operating parameters and flexibly suppress the oscillation of different frequencies.On analyzing the mathematical law followed by low-frequency oscillation,a recursive equation is put forward and then simplified with Taylor series expansion.N sampling points are equidistantly drawn to calculate the recursive equation coefficients,which are then used to estimate oscillation frequency.The Matlab simulation proves that this algorithm has higher precision and speed.
