GIS 技术在配电可靠性管理中的应用

摘要:
论述了GIS技术在供电可靠性管理模块中的应用,包含数据输入及管理的形象化、自动化,数据准确性保障,以及计算结果的空间分析、形象表达,从而利用可靠性指标有效管理和改进系统的可靠性。GIS具有较强的设备管理功能,且内建设备及电力线路的连接关系,通过自行开发的拓扑程序,使输入及维护运行数据时可根据实时运行状态确定停电线路及设备,结合有效的编码规则,保证停电数据的可信度,从而使可靠性指标更准确,并与配电系统的其他模块有机结合,合理规划配电管理系统的一体化设计。利用GIS的专题地图等功能,对计算结果结合空间信息进行分析。

Abstract:
The application of the GIS technology in power supply reliability management module is discussed,which includes the visualization and automation of data input and managent,the guarantee of data veracity,the space analysis and expression of computing results. By using reliability index the system reliability is effectively managed and improved. GIS has stronger equipment management function and constructs internally the connection relations between devices and lines.When the operating data are input and maintained,the topology program can confirm the fault lines and devices according to the real time running states.With the effective coding rules,the outage data reliability can be ensured and the reliability index can be more accurate.Combined with other modules of distribution power system,the distribution management system can be designed rationally and wholly.The GIS special map functions can be used to analyze the computing results together with the space information.
