DSP在电动机故障检测仪中的应用

摘要:
介绍了应用电动机电流信号分析法MCSA(Motor Current Signature Analysis)提取异步电机转子绕组故障特征量.利用数字信号处理器DSP(Digital Signal Processor)进行高分辨率的快速傅里叶变换FFT(Fast Fourier Transform)运算、数字滤波以及利用P301窗函数进行加窗处理,以此减小主频的泄漏等.实现了大型异步电动机空载、轻载和满载三种运行状态下的转子绕组故障诊断。同时.详细介绍了电动机故障检测仪的硬件、软件实现以及装置的实际应用结果。

Abstract:
This article introduces the application of MCSA(Motor Current Signature Analysis)in diagnosing motor faults.The configuration of the diagnosing instrument considering hardware and software is proposed to diagnose motor faults and some digital signal process methods,such as FFT(Fast Fourier Transform),adaptive filter analysis,are applied in the DSP(Digital Signal Processor).Compared with other window functions,the P301window is adopted to reduce the leakage of50Hz effectively.Research shows that the instrument can correctly diagnose motor faults on all running states.
