| 摘要: |
| 为了保证电网中由安全稳定控制装置远切110 kV变电站负荷造成主供电源失电时,110 kV电网备用电源自动投入(备自投)装置不允许动作,而由其他原因造成主供电源失电时,备自投应可靠动作,开发了一种适用于安全稳定控制系统的备自投装置。通过进线故障和安全稳定控制系统动作时进线上的电压变化情况以及系统频率变化情况的不同判断是否开放备自投,主要是在常规备自投逻辑的基础上,增加了进线故障检测、进线重合闸检测、开关不对应开放备自投的功能以及系统低频低压闭锁备自投的功能。并顺利通过了动模试验,该类型装置已陆续投入工程应用。在目前电网安全稳定控制装置和110 kV变电站间没有通信通道的情况下,该类装置可以满足安全稳定控制系统的要求。 |

| Automatic bus transfer equipment under safety and stability control system is developed,which disables switchover operation during main power supply loss when the control device remotely cuts off 110 kV substation load,and enables the function during main power supply loss caused by other reasons.The incoming line voltage change and system frequency change during line fault and safety and stability control are different,according to which automatic bus transfer equipment decides to disable or enable the switchover function.The incoming line fault detection,the incoming line reclose detection,switch position consistence enabling logic and low frequency / voltage disabling logic are added to the general functions of automatic bus transfer equipment.It has passed the dynamic test and applied in practice,satisfying the demand of the safety and stability control system without communication channel to 110 kV substations. |
