基于小波分析的发电机转子匝间短路故障诊断方法研究

摘要:
转子匝间短路是汽轮发电机常见的故障形式。发电机转子绕组发生转子匝间短路后,转子磁势不对称所产生的高次谐波分量对电机磁场产生影响,使定子侧电气信号发生变化,产生出不同于正常情况下的某些故障特征信号。用定子线圈的探测方法,采集定子探测线圈上的电气故障信号,基于小波分析理论对探测线圈中的故障信号进行分析,提取具有转子匝间短路的故障特征量,对发电机转子匝间短路故障进行诊断,并且实现转子匝间短路故障的定位诊断。通过Matlab软件对模拟故障信号进行了仿真分析,结果表明该方法能够实现故障的诊断与定位。

Abstract:
Rotor inter-turn short-circuit is a general fault occurred in turbo-generator set.When rotor inter-turn short-circuit occurs,the high harmonic components induced by the asymmetry of rotor magnetic force affect the magnetic field of generator,which makes some characteristic values of stator electrical signals abnormal.The abnormal electrical signals of stator are detected by stator coil and the characteristic values induced by rotor inter-turn short-circuit fault are obtained by wavelet analysis for online fault diagnosis and locating.Simulation results with Matlab show its effectiveness.
