一种新的故障判断原理在电力系统应用

摘要:
通过研究舰船电力系统发展的特点,着重分析现有短路故障诊断不能满足快速限流与分断的要求,从保持整个供电系统安全运行的角度出发,提出基于电流上升率作为故障判断依据的故障诊断方法。分析了新的判断理论保护触发电路原理、交/直流电力系统短路电流的计算公式,论述了电力系统保护装置设计,给出了故障判断装置的模块图。经实验验证,所提出的方法只要适当选取参考电流,故障检测时间就能达到1 ms之内,明显缩短了故障的诊断时间。

Abstract:
As the existing methods of short circuit fault diagnosis can not meet the requirement of ship power system for fast current limit and trip,it is proposed to adopt the current increase rate as the criterion for fault diagnosis to ensure the safe operation of whole power supply system.The principle of protective trigger circuit based on this criterion is analyzed and the formula for calculating the short circuit currents of AC / DC power system is deduced.The design of power system protection is discussed and the experimental circuit of fault diagnosis is presented.Experimental results show that,when the reference current is selected appropriately,the fault detection time can be shortened within 1 ms.
