IEC61850文件传输模型的应用

摘要:
对IEC61850标准中定义的文件传输模型和与故障录波相关的其他信息模型进行了研究,提出了在变电站自动化系统中应用这些模型进行故障录波数据记录和传输的实现方法。该方法使用IEC61850文件传输模型在装置与后台应用之间传递标准COMTRADE格式文件,并综合使用IEC61850与故障录波相关的逻辑节点模型、数据集模型、报告控制块模型、定值组控制块模型和控制模型来实现录波选项的定制以及扰动数据记录和传输过程的有序控制。对该实现方法的交互过程和总体性能进行了深入研究,与IEC60870-5-103和文件传输协议(FTP)等传统故障录波数据记录和传输方法相比较,该实现方法在开放性、互操作性、传输过程的复杂程度、传输速度以及与用户交互接口等方面显示出了良好的优越性。

Abstract:
The file transfer model and other information models relevant to fault recorder defined in IEC61850 standard are analyzed.An implementation scheme of fault recorder data recordation and transmission in substation automation system is proposed,which adopts the file transfer model for the file transfer between devices and background applications in standard COMTRADE format,and also uses fault-recorder-relevant models,such as logical node model,data-set class model,report-control-block class model,setting-group-control-block class model and control class model,to realize the setting of fault recorder options and the sequential control of disturbance record transmission.Its interactive procedure and overall performance are studied and compared with conventional methods,such as IEC60870-5-103 and FTP,which shows its better features in openness,interoperability,complexity of transmission process,transmission speed and user interaction.
