| 针对传统变电站开关设备控制的数字化改造,提出了一种基于IEC61850的开关设备接口装置,实现数字化变电站过程层的相关功能.介绍了接口装置的整体结构与运行原理,说明了各组成部分的功能与硬件实现方法,重点论述了间隔层非IEC61850的保护控制设备与接口装置PLC之间实现IEC61850标准通信的,方法.装置以PLC取代断路器控制回路的操作箱单元,以嵌入式技术实现通信单元和规约转换,通过规约转换器以IEC61850标准与间隔层设备无缝连接,可实时接收遥控、保护命令并完成开关的分合闸控制,上传开关设备状态及就地操作参数. |
