一种新型可连续调节的无功补偿装置

摘要:
为实现工厂配电网大容量连续无功补偿,设计了一种基于S7-200 PLC的新型智能无功补偿装置。该装置充分利用S7-200强大的模块功能、通信功能以及先进的程序结构,完成对电压、电流、功率因数等参数的测量,以实现无功功率补偿。以S7-200为控制器,接触器投切电容器进行粗调,感应调压器连续调节电容器两端电压进行细调,可以实现容性无功功率的大容量连续补偿。控制器根据补偿点的功率因数大小,实时选择控制策略,使补偿点的功率因数值维持在设定值和1之间。该装置已投入使用,效果良好。

Abstract:
An intelligent reactive power compensator with continuous regulation is designed based on S7-200 PLC,which applies the powerful functions of S7-200 to measure the voltage,current and power factor for reactive power compensation. Controlled by S7-200 PLC,the device realizes the step regulation by putting on and cutting off the capacitors while the induction voltage regulator adjusts the voltage of capacitor continuously. According to the power factor of compensation point,the controller chooses different control strategies to maintain the power factor between the setting value and 1. The device has been put into operation with excellent effect.
