智能电网电力集中器静电放电抗扰度机理及防护方法

摘要:
针对智能电网中电力集中器等电子设备产生的静电放电(ESD)抗扰度问题,分别利用电路理论和Wilson 偶极子模型分析了静电感应产生的高电压、大电流以及辐射电磁场,建立了非金属绝缘外壳系统、无接地系统和敏感器件模型。提出了基于ESD地和电磁屏蔽的静电放电防护方法,即通过ESD地与大地之间的分布电容泄放高电压、大电流,利用ESD地和电磁屏蔽改变辐射电磁场的场强与空间分布。实验结果表明,所提方法可以有效提高电力集中器静电放电抗扰度等级,并通过GB/T17626.2—2006标准。

Abstract:
The circuit theory and Wilson’s dipole model are employed to investigate the ESD(ElectroStatic Discharge) mechanism of power concentrator used in smart grid,including the electrostatic high voltage,high current and radiated electromagnetic field. The models of non-metallic insulation case system,non-grounding system and sensitive device components are thus established . It is proposed to apply the ESD ground and electromagnetic shielding to prevent ESD,which releases the high voltage and high current through the distributed capacitance between ESD ground and reference ground and changes the intensity and spatial distribution of radiated electromagnetic field by ESD ground and electromagnetic shielding. The experimental results show that,the ESD level of power concentrator is efficiently improved,conformable to GB/T17626.2-2006.
