摘要:
设计和开发了一套对并网光伏发电进行量测、分析和评估的系统。该设备基于多CPU全嵌入式设计,硬件由电量采集单元,温度、照度测量单元,开入、开出单元,ARM9嵌入式平台及CPLD/FPGA接口转换单元组成。根据在线监测的实时性要求,结合高精度采样和同步传输,采用2次FFT分离谐波与间谐波,实现对谐波和间谐波的实时测量。将改进的层次分析法(AHP)主观赋权和客观熵值法赋权相结合得到更客观、准确的权重系数,并应用于灰色关联分析方法对光伏并网发电站运行状态进行分级评估,提出了光伏发电站运行状态综合评估的指标体系。

Abstract:
A measuring,analysis and evaluation system of grid-connected PV generation is designed and developed. Its hardware design is based on the multi-CPU all-embedded system,including the data acquisition unit,temperature and illuminance measuring units,input and output units,ARM9 embedded platform and CPLD/FPGA interface conversion unit. To meet the real-time requirement of on-line monitoring,combined with the high accuracy sampling and synchronous transmission,two-step FFT is adopted to separate the harmonics from the inter-harmonics for the real-time detection of harmonics and inter-harmonics. The subjective weight assignment of the improved AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is combined with the weight assignment of objective entropy weight method to obtain the more objective and accurate weight coefficients,which is applied in the gray relation analysis method to classifiably evaluate the operation state of grid-connected PV station. An index system is proposed for the comprehensive state evaluation of grid-connected PV generation station.
