互异通信规约之间的远动装置改造设计与实现

摘要:
在分析远动装置功能及常规改造方法的基础上,提出利用远动装置作为互异厂商设备间的通信网关。比较了修改新远动装置规约库,旧远动装置转发数据和远动装置并列过渡改造方案的性能,选择了远动装置并列过渡方案。该方案分为2个阶段:第1阶段,新、旧远动装置的数据进行双向交换,并分别将接收到的数据与自身直接采集到的数据整合为全站数据,通过不同通道上传整合数据;第2阶段,确认新、旧远动装置通信可靠、通道数据正确后,修改通信机制,由旧远动装置向新远动装置单向发送数据,所有通道切换至新远动装置。现场测试结果表明,采用该方案后,新、旧装置在各阶段运行稳定,数据上传时间满足相关规程要求。

Abstract:
To use RTU in substation upgrading as the communication gateway between the devices with different communication protocols is proposed. The modified protocol,old RTU data transfer and parallel transmission RTU retrofitting schemes are compared and the parallel transition scheme is selected. In its first stage,data are exchanged between new and old RTUs and integrated with the locally sampled data as the overall substation data being sent upward respectively by new and old RTUs through different channels. In its second stage,after the reliable RTU communication and correct channel data are confirmed,only the data of old RTU are sent to new RTU and all channels are switched to new RTU. Field test shows that,both new and old RTUs operate steadily in two stages and the data uploading time meets the requirement of related codes.
