高频矩形波激励下磁芯损耗的研究

摘要:
研究了高频变压器在不同占空比条件下磁芯损耗的变化趋势。在相同频率和磁通密度变化量条件下,占空比所引起的激励波形差异对磁滞回线包围面积的影响很小,磁滞损耗可近似认为是常量。涡流损耗与激励电压之间存在着近似线性等效关系,在此基础上提出了涡流损耗在不同占空比条件下的计算方法。理论计算表明:当占空比在0.283 < D < 0.717区间变化时,矩形波激励条件下的磁芯损耗小于正弦波激励条件下的磁芯损耗;当占空比D = 0.5时磁芯损耗最低。实验数据验证了所提理论的正确性。

Abstract:
The variation tendency of magnetic core loss under different duty cycles is studied for high-frequency transformer. With same frequency and flux swings,the excitation current waveform change caused by duty cycle variation has little effect on the area encircled by the hysteresis curve and the hysteresis loss is taken as a constant. The relationship between eddy current loss and excitation voltage is approximately linear,based on which,a method for computing the eddy current loss under different duty cycles is presented. The theoretical calculation shows that,when the duty cycle varies between 0.283 and 0.717,the core loss excited by rectangle waveform is smaller than that excited by sinusoidal waveform;the magnetic core loss is minimal when the duty cycle is 0.5. Experimental data prove the correctness of theoretical analysis.
