集中式保护测控系统中母线保护同步方案

摘要:
在220 kV变电站数字化改造过程中,提出了一种应用于集中式保护测控系统的母线保护同步实现方案。介绍了集中式保护测控系统的整体方案,着重研究了母线保护多间隔的数据同步问题,并提出了采用外部时钟源对时方案解决各合并单元与保护装置间的同步问题, 采用主从对时方案解决各保护装置间的重采样时刻的同步问题。通过动模试验验证了该方案的可行性。该方案大幅减少了投资,但系统集成复杂。

Abstract:
A synchronization scheme of busbar protection is proposed for integrated protection and measuring system,which is applied in the digital reconstruction of a 220 kV substation. The overall solution of the system is introduced and the synchronization of sampling data among multiple bays is researched. External clock is applied in the time synchronization between MU(Merging Unit) and the master-slave synchronization scheme is adopted to realize the re-sampling time synchronization among different protection devices,which is verified by dynamic simulation. It reduces the investment,but complicates the system integration.
