园区综合能源系统互联安全性与运营模式研究

摘要:
首先提出了基于公共储能的园区综合能源系统互联方案,系统间通过公共储能的直流母线互联,在低压侧实现闭环运行;其次,提出实时动态组网技术提升故障时系统供能安全性,提出综合能源优化调配技术实现分布式电源的完全就地消纳;再次,分析了园区综合能源系统互联前后的供能安全性和技术经济性,针对互联后产生的增量收益,提出了多主体参与的商业运营模式,实现了储能投资商、能源服务公司和用户的三方共赢;最后,将研究成果应用于实际的园区综合能源系统改造工程,运行结果验证了理论技术的先进性。

Abstract:
Firstly, an interconnection scheme of park level integrated energy system based on public energy storage is proposed. The system interconnected with DC buses of public energy storage can operate in closed-loop mode at low voltage side. Secondly, the real-time dynamic networking is proposed to improve system energy supply security, and the comprehensive energy optimization and dispatching technology is developed to realize the complete consumption of distributed power generation in local area. Meanwhile, the energy supply security and technical economy of the park level integrated energy system are analyzed and compared before and after interconnection. Aiming at the incremental revenue, a multi-investment business pattern is proposed to achieve tripartite win-win situation among energy storage investors, energy service companies and users. Finally, the research achievements are applied to a practical park level integrated energy system renovation project, and the operation results verify the innovation of the theoretical technology.
