直流微电网集群多状态运行分级协调控制策略

摘要:
为了对直流微电网集群进行协调控制并对其进行能量管理,提出一种多状态运行分级协调控制策略。该策略采用子微电网设备级控制与集群系统级控制的两级分级方式,在保证本微电网正常运行前提下利用分布式一致性算法控制集群微电网母线电压,并利用直流区域控制误差控制方法控制集群联络线功率。集群运行根据网内储能单元荷电状态值划分为多个运行状态,并针对不同运行状态制定不同的联络线功率控制策略,使集群内各子微电网在不同运行状态下的运行更加合理。最后,通过MATLAB/Simulink软件对所提控制策略在多工况下进行验证,结果表明采用所提控制策略时系统电压水平可以提高至额定电压附近,同时可以根据联络线功率控制策略在多个运行工况下切换并实现控制目标。

Abstract:
A grading coordinated control strategy of multi-state operation is proposed to coordinated control DC microgrid cluster and manage its energy, which adopts two-stage grading mode, i. e. adopts device-level control for sub-microgrids and system-level control for cluster. The busbar voltage of clustered microgrid is controlled through the distributed consensus algorithm on the premise of ensuring normal operation of this microgrid, and the cluster tie-line power is controlled through DC ACE(Area Control Error). Clustering opera-tion is divided into multiple operation states by SOC(State Of Charge) value of energy storage units within the grid. Moreover, different tie-line control strategies are formulated depending on the specific operation state, so that the sub-microgrids within the cluster can run more reasonably in different operation states. Finally, the performance of the proposed control strategy in different working conditions is verified using MATLAB/Simulink software. The results show that the proposed control strategy can increase the system voltage near the rated value, meanwhile switch between multiple working conditions based on the control strategy of tie-line power, and realize the control objective.
