考虑敏感负荷需求和直流故障恢复能力的交直流混合配电网开关配置

摘要:
通过合理配置隔离开关和断路器可以提升交直流混合配电网的可靠性。提出一种综合考虑敏感负荷可靠性需求和直流故障恢复能力的交直流混合配电网开关优化配置方法。针对敏感负荷的可靠性需求,建立兼顾经济性、停电次数与停电时间的开关优化配置模型;根据交直流混合配电网中不同类型元件故障导致负荷点停运时间的差异,同时考虑电压源换流器控制模型切换以及直流线路中负荷极间切换的故障恢复方式,对最小割集法进行改进,增加元件划分类型并建立接线切换域,实现计及交直流混合配电网恢复能力的可靠性指标的准确计算。算例结果验证了所提方法的合理性与有效性。

Abstract:
The reliability of AC/DC hybrid distribution network can be improved by properly allocating isolation switches and circuit breakers. An optimal switch allocation method for AC/DC hybrid distribution network is proposed, which comprehensively considers the reliability requirements of sensitive loads and DC fault restoration ability. Aiming at the reliability requirements of sensitive loads, an optimal switch allocation model is built considering economy, outage times and outage time. According to the difference of outage time at load points caused by faults of different types of components in AC/DC hybrid distribution network, and considering the fault restoration modes of model switching controlled by voltage source converter and load electrode switching of DC line, the minimum cut set method is improved, the element partition types are increased and the connection line switching domain is established, which realizes accurate calculation of the reliability index considering the restoration ability of AC/DC hybrid distribution network. Case results verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
