面向低压直流配电网的双降压/升压型柔性互联开关

摘要:
柔性互联开关作为跨区域低压直流配电网的关键装备,能够实现区域间低压直流功率互联与灵活转供,有利于可再生能源的充分消纳与高效利用。通过分析目前低压直流配电网的运行特性与柔性互联开关的可靠性问题,提出了一种基于双降压/升压变换器的新型柔性互联开关拓扑结构,其具备无桥臂直通、电压利用率高、功率等级易拓展等优点。通过采取反向耦合电感技术来改善无源器件用量与内部续流问题,以柔性提升互联开关的工作效率,并给出了不同工作模式下端口电压增益的表达式。搭建一套150 V/1 kW实验样机进行实验分析,结果验证了所提拓扑结构的有效性与正确性。

Abstract:
As the key equipment of the cross-regional low voltage DC distribution network, the flexible interconnected switch can realize the inter-regional low voltage DC power interconnection and flexible transfer, which is conducive to the full consumption and efficient utilization of renewable energy. By analyzing the operating characteristics of low voltage DC distribution network and the reliability problems of the flexible interconnected switch, a new-type flexible interconnected switch topology based on dual Buck/Boost converter is proposed, which has the advantages of straight through without bridge arm, high voltage utilization rate, easy expansion of power level, and so on. In order to improve the efficiency of the interconnected switch flexibly, the reverse coupled inductance technology is adopted to improve the problems of passive device consumption and internal continuous current. The expressions of port voltage gain under different operation modes are given. A set of 150 V/1 kW experimental prototype is built for experimental analysis, and the results verify the validity and correctness of the proposed topology.
