摘要:
能源互联网背景下配电网内逐渐形成能源耦合、能量交互的区域综合能源系统,对提高可再生能源渗透率、解决环境问题具有重要意义。通过网侧资源协同利用与多能流优化调度达到存储能量的目的,并构建多能流广义储能系统;在此基础上,考虑多能负荷和分布式电源的多重不确定性,采用随机优化和鲁棒优化相结合的方法建立基于分季节多场景的三阶段鲁棒规划模型;将各阶段模型转化为混合整数线性规划模型并采用CPLEX进行交叉迭代求解。以改进的IEEE 14-NGS14系统为例,仿真结果验证了所提模型得到的规划方案能有效降低建设成本和运行成本,提高能源利用效率和可再生能源消纳水平,相较于传统鲁棒优化和随机优化,所提模型在经济性和保守性之间达到了良好的均衡。

Abstract:
The regional integrated energy system with energy coupling and energy interaction is gradually formed in the distribution network under the background of energy internet, which is of great significance for improving the penetration rate of renewable energy and solving environmental problems. The purpose of energy storage is achieved through cooperative utilization of resources at network side and optimal scheduling of multi-energy flow, and a multi-energy flow generalized energy storage system is constructed. On this basis, a three-stage robust programming model based on seasonal multi-scene is built with the method combining stochastic optimization and robust optimization, which considers the multiple uncertainties of multi-energy load and distributed generation. The model of each stage is transformed into the mixed integer linear programming model, and CPLEX is adopted for its cross iteration solution. An improved IEEE 14-NGS14 system is taken for example, the simulative results verify that the planning scheme obtained by the proposed model can effectively reduce the construction and operation cost, and improve the energy utilization efficiency and renewable energy consumption level, compared with the traditional robust optimization and stochastic optimization, the proposed model achieves good balance between economy and conservatism.
