适应IIDG接入的就地型馈线自动化改进策略

摘要:
随着逆变型分布式电源(IIDG)的渗透率不断提升,基于单向潮流设计的就地型馈线自动化(FA)可能无法应对IIDG接入的场景。针对这一问题,以目前应用较多的2种就地控制型FA模式,即电压-时间型以及电压-电流型FA为例,详细分析了IIDG接入对就地控制型FA各开关动作情况的影响。在此基础上,结合电流保护、电压序分量以及方向元件对FA系统进行改进,提出了适用于有源配电网的就地控制型FA方案。最后,搭建FA系统仿真模型进行验证。结果表明,该策略可有效缓解IIDG接入对出口断路器保护、无压分闸以及电压电流型开关过流检测的影响,提高有源配电网的故障处理水平。

Abstract:
With the increasing penetration of inverter-interfaced distributed generator(IIDG),the local feeder automation(FA) based on unidirectional power flow design may not be able to cope with the scenarios after IIDG integration. To address this issue, the impact of IIDG integration on the operation of each switch of local FA is analyzed, taking the two currently widely used local FA modes, i. e. voltage-time type FA and voltage-current type FA as examples. On this basis, the FA system is improved by combining current protection, voltage sequence component and directional elements, and a local FA scheme for active distribution networks is proposed. A simulation model of FA system is built for verification. The results show that the scheme can effectively mitigate the impact of IIDG access on outlet circuit breaker protection, voltage-free breaking and voltage-current switch detection, and improve the fault handling level of distribution network.
