风险管控下计及绿色证书交易的光伏-氢多主体合作运行方法

摘要:
针对源-荷不确定性下的多主体合作运行问题,提出一种风险管控下计及绿色证书交易的光伏-氢多主体合作运行方法。分析绿色证书参与交易的运行机制;建立考虑绿色证书的光伏模型和考虑可再生能源消纳任务的电制氢模型,使光伏与电制氢合作运行实现绿色证书的交易,帮助各主体获取额外收益,刺激各主体获取超额利润;同时,利用条件风险价值方法对模型进行风险管控,以降低可再生能源和负荷的不确定性对超额利润的影响;建立考虑风险管控的光伏与电制氢合作模型,进一步提高各主体超额利润,并运用交替方向乘子法进行求解。最后,通过算例验证所提合作模型的有效性。

Abstract:
Aiming at the multi-agent cooperative operation with source-load uncertainty, the photovoltaic(PV)hydrogen multi-agent cooperative operation method considering green certificate trading under risk control is proposed. The operation mechanism of green certificate participating in trading is analyzed. The PV model considering green certificate and the electricity-to-hydrogen model considering the task of renewable energy consumption are established, which enables the cooperative operation of PV and electricity-to-hydrogen to realize green certificate trading, helping each agent to gain additional revenue, and encouraging them to acquire the excess profit. Meanwhile, the conditional value-at-risk method is used to conduct risk control on the model, so as to reduce the impact of uncertainty of renewable energy and load on the excess profit. Then, the cooperative operation model of PV and electricity-to-hydrogen considering risk control is established, which further improves the excess profit of each agent, and the alternating direction method of multipliers is applied to solve it. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed cooperative model is verified by examples.
