基于新能源-负荷相似性的源荷储协调调峰优化调度

摘要:
合理利用可调节负荷的响应特性来实现源荷储的协调调度,可有效缓解新能源、负荷的不确定性所带来的调峰压力。基于新能源-负荷(NER-L)相似性,建立可调节负荷响应目标。基于相关系数,建立能准确刻画负荷对新能源出力跟踪匹配程度的NER-L相似性指标,并将指标引入所建源荷储协调调峰的双阶段优化调度模型。第一阶段模型以NER-L相关系数最大为目标,确定可调节负荷在各时段的响应功率并获得最优电网负荷;第二阶段模型以弃风弃光量最小、调峰运行成本最低为目标,优化火电机组及储能出力。以IEEE 30节点系统为例,对NER-L相似性、净负荷峰谷差、系统调峰运行经济性及新能源弃电功率进行计算分析,结果验证了所提模型的有效性。

Abstract:
Reasonable use of response characteristics of the adjustable load to realize the source-load-energy storage coordinated scheduling can effectively alleviate the peak regulation pressure brought by the uncertainties of new energy resource and load. Based on the new energy resource-load(NER-L) similarity, the response target of adjustable load is established. Based on the correlation coefficient, the NER-L similarity index which can accurately describe the tracking and matching degree of load to new energy resource output is established, and the index is introduced into the two-stage optimal scheduling model of source-load-energy storage coordinated peak regulation. The first stage model takes the maximum NER-L correlation coefficient as the objective to determine the response power of adjustable load in each period and obtain the optimal power grid load. The second stage model takes the minimum abandoned wind and photovoltaic power and the lowest peak regulation cost as the objectives to optimize the output of thermal power units and energy storages. Taking IEEE 30-bus system as an example, the NER-L similarity, net load peak-valley difference, system peak regulation economy and abandoned power of new energy resource are calculated and analyzed, and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
