GIS与SCADA一体化系统实践

摘要:
结合地理信息系统GIS(Geographic Information Systems)与数据采集与监控SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)一体化系统的实践论述GIS与SCADA一体化实现的数据的一体化设计、界面的一致性设计以及应用的一体化设计。GIS在配电管理系统的基础作用在于能有效组织数据,提供统一的数据关联模型,从而在底层将各系统数据有效协调,避免重复建议和二义性,同时也为各系统之间的有机结合准确好数据基础。通过双网等技术手段实现简洁、合理、完整的GIS与SCADA系统配置。

Abstract:
Combining with the practice on the integral system of GIS(Geographic Information Systems )and SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)system,the integral data design,the interface consistency design and inte gral appilcation design are presented.The basic functions of GIS in the management system of power distribution are the efficient data organization and the establish ment of unified data relation model,which efficiently coordinates the data of different systems at bottom and avoids duplication and inconsisten cy.It also prepares the data foundation for the organ ic com bina-tion of systems .By using double net and oth er technical means,the simple,rational and com plete configuration of GIS and SCADA system can be realized.
