配电系统网络重构方法研究

网络重构是配电系统安全经济运行的一个重要环节,目前网络重构方法多种多样,在实际应用中如何选取适合不同的配电网络重构方法是研究的目的。对配电系统中网络重构技术的概念、作用、建模作了概述,对各种方法进行了比较分析,并在对网络重构的基本方法及其特点分析基础上,针对不同的网络规模和网络重构的目的,对网络重构方法的实际应用作了探讨。提出了在实际应用过程中,将现有的两种或是多种算法加以结合,形成新的复合方法的观点。随着计算机技术及网络通信技术的发展,复合算法将会得到不断的改进,并被有效地应用到配电网络规划及实时系统中去。

Abstract:
Feeder reconfiguration is a key link in the safe and economical operation of distribution system, while there is a variety of feeder reconfiguration methods. How to apply the proper reconfiguration method in real application is emphasized. The concept, function and modeling of feeder reconfiguration technology in distribution system are described briefly. Based on the analysis of basic feeder reconfiguration methods and their characteristics, and through the comparison of different feeder reconfiguration methods, their practical application is inquired according to different scale and purpose of feeder reconfiguration. New complex method is proposed by combining two or more exiting methods in real application. Along with the development of computer technology and net communication technology, the complex method will be continually improved and applied effectively in distribution system plan and real system.
