鸡石湾变电站保护误动分析及对策研究

摘要:
为快速正确切除系统故障、维护互联系统稳定运行,通过对川南系统与沱江电网构成的互联电网电流保护误动作的研究,提出了分析互联电网电流保护动作的一般方法和原则,尤其是故障切除后保护误动的分析,必须同时考虑互联电网的电磁暂态过程和机电暂态过程的原则。

Abstract:
With the expanded electrical power system,the simple setting of protective relaying can not meet the requirement of fast and correct fault isolation and maintain system stability.It is only according to the current and voltage components at an instant after a fault and without taking into consideration the influence of electromechanical transient process on protective function after fault isolation.By analyzing the current protection failures in the interconnect network of Chuannan power system and Tuojiang power network,the general analysis method and principle for current protection of interconnect power net are given.Especially the electromagnetic transient process and electromechanical transient process must be taken into consideration for the analysis of protection failure after fault isolation.
