电能质量问题的研究和技术进展(四)--电压波动与闪变的测量分析

摘要:
首先明确电压波动与闪变的一般定义。描述了它们的计算公式和测量方法及国标的考核要求。提出用电网分析原理计算电压波动与闪变在电网中传递的方法.推导出电压波动传递系数与闪变传递系数。根椐工频范围高压电网电抗占优的特征,证实电压波动与闪变和频率近似无关。因此,简化了计算并且不失其有效性。

Abstract:
The general definitions of voltage fluctuation and flicker are determined.The calculation formulas and the measurement methods with respect to flicker are described,and the national stan-dard of flicker,GB12326-2000,is discussed.Approaches based on the analysis principles of power system are proposed to assess the effect of flicker propagation along a feeder in high voltage net-works.The transfer factors for voltage fluctuation and flicker are deduced.With the inherence of dominant reactance elements in high voltage networks,it is proved that they are nearly independent of fundamental frequency.Therefore the calculations are simplified and effective.
