| 在简述电能质量特点、监测目的和要求的基础上，从监测方式、内容、系统功能等各方面介绍了电能质量监测技术正在向网络化、信息化、标准化的方向发展。指出电能质量监测系统应适应信息电力新概念的提出，充分利用已建立的电力信息网络，更广泛地获取电网的运行参数，对具有动态特性的电能质量的各项指标进行实时收集和综合评价，从而实现电力市场条件下科学规范的电力运行与管理。 |

| Abstract: |
| The power quality features, supervision objectives and demands are briefly described. The development tendency of power quality supervision technology towards netlike, informization and standardization is analyzed from supervision method, content and system functions. It' s pointed out that the power quality supervisory system should adapt itself to the new concept of information electric power,make use of the existing power information network,acquire more operating parameters of power network,real-timely collect and synthetically evaluate the indexes of power quality with dynamic characteristics, which helps to realize the scientific and standard operation and management of electric power under electricity market. |
