电力系统健康诊断

摘要:
首先,综述电力系统故障诊断研究的现状,提出电力系统健康诊断的概念,即通过对网络与设备的状态不断进行扫描,建立其健康模型,根据其特征量的变化,诊断其“健康”程度,及时发现“病灶”并报警,必要时加以消除。电力系统健康诊断涵盖了故障诊断、故障预测和状态监测,但在内容、时间和适用面上都有了进一步的延伸。探讨了电力系统健康诊断的研究框架和内容,包括理论、技术和方法几个方面。

Abstract:
Based on a survey of fault diagnosis of power systems ,a concept of health diagnosis is proposed ,i.e.to develop diagnosis model by scanning the states of power network and its equipments ,diagnose the health level according to the change of states ,issue alarm when there is symptom and remove it if necessary.Health diagnosis includes the fault diagnosis ,the fault forecasting and state monitoring ,and extends in contents ,time and applicable area.The research framework and content of health diagnosis are discussed ,including theory ,technology and methodology.This project is supported by Excellent Young Teachers Program of MOE ([ 2001 ] 182 ) .
