三电平矩阵变换器的电路拓扑与控制策略

多电平矩阵变换器(MMC)是在传统矩阵变换器(CMC)和多电平逆变器的基础上提出的一种新颖的电力变换装置,区别于以往将三电平矩阵变换器用两电平运行的调制策略,提出了三电平矩阵变换器的三电平运行调制策略,并可以推广到多电平。介绍了三电平矩阵变换器拓扑电路的生成,分析了构成拓扑电路的H桥开关单元工作状态,并详细地讨论了支路连接操作规律和开关单元操作规律。论述了基于空间矢量调制原理所产生的19个基本空间矢量及其构成的六边形空间矢量图,并提出了三电平运行时的调制策略。构建了Matlab/Simulink的三电平矩阵变换器的仿真模型,进行了仿真试验。仿真结果验证了调制策略的正确性,输出线电压形成5个电平的正弦波形,比传统的二电平矩阵变换器的输出波形更接近正弦波,谐波含量更低。

Abstract:
MMC(Multilevel Matrix Converter),based on the CMC(Conventional Matrix Converter) and the multilevel inverter,is a new type of power electronic converter,which adopts the extended three-level operational strategy instead of the traditional two-level operational strategy. The topology generation of three-level matrix converter is introduced, the work states of its H-bridge switch cell are analyzed,and the operating rules of switch cell and branch connection are discussed. The hexagonal space vector diagram of 19 basic space vectors is produced according to the space vector modulation principle and the modulation strategy of three-level operation is developed. The simulation model is built with Matlab/Simulink and simulation results validate the correctness of the modulation strategy. Its five-level output line voltage waveform is closer to sinusoid and has fewer harmonics than that of conventional two-level matrix converter.
