| 介绍了电价基本理论,对目前世界上已有的几种定价模式进行了分析及评价。针对我国当前发电市场实际,在广泛深入调查研究的基础上,提出了一种基于资金利润法的中短期上网电价定价方案。对影响上网电价的固定成本、变动成本、投资回报等几个因素进行了详细阐述,分析了煤电联动对变动成本的影响。使用该定价方法时,确定合理的资金利润率是关键。在缺乏国内有关资料的前提下,参阅了国外多家大规模电力公司的资产评估和利润收益数据,采用了一个平均资金利润率。 |

| Pricing based on capital profit method for onto-grid power |

| The basic theory of power market pricing is introduced and the existing pricing models are evaluated.A short-term pricing scheme based on capital profit method is presented for onto-grid power of China electricity market.Its main influencing factors are discussed,such as fixed cost,variable cost and return on investment,as well as the affection of coal-electricity price linkage on variable cost is analyzed.The determination of reasonable financial profitability is its essence.As the lack of domestic data,an average profit ratio is suggested with the reference to the data of the property appraisals and capital profits of several foreign power companies. |
