| 摘要: |
| 三工位隔离开关是一种同时具有接地和隔离作用的装置,在柜式气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备C-GIS(Cubicle Gas Insulated metal-enclosed Switchgear)中应用较为广泛。提出利用TIMSP430F149设计三工位隔离开关控制器的方案。在确定控制器功能要求的基础上,对控制器硬件、软件进行了设计,给出了硬件原理框图及软件系统流程图、主程序。该控制器经电磁兼容试验、功能检验试验,证明能完成现场使用所要求的各项电气功能,并已配套应用于新开发的40.5 kV C-GIS开关柜上。结果表明,该控制器功能完备,具有结构紧凑、技术先进、抗干扰能力强、操作方便等特点。 |

| Abstract: |
| Three-position isolation switch is a compact device with both earthing and isolating functions widely used in C-GIS(Cubicle Gas Insulated metal-enclosed Switchgear).A design of controller using TIMSP430F149 for three-position isolation switch is presented.According to its functions needed,its hardware and software are designed and the hardware circuit diagram and software flowcharts are given.The electromagnetic compatibility test and function test are successfully passed,which show it meets the requirements of site for various electric functions.The designed controller has complete functions,compact structure,advanced technology and excellent anti-inter-ference performance.It has applied to 40.5 kV C-GIS and its operation is very convenient. |
