| 在广域信息具备情况下,从简化现有电力元件继电保护的配置方式和定值配合出发,提出了一种由现有主保护加集中式后备保护的配置方式.集中式后备保护系统测量本侧电力元件的电压和电流、主保护动作及开关状态信息,并收集相邻变电站的状态量信息,方便地实现以下功能:主保护拒动时,起到快速近后备保护作用;断路器失灵时,跳开失灵断路器的相邻断路器.最小范围内切除故障;在相邻变电站直流电源消失时,提供远后备作用.以方向比较原理给出的该后备保护系统的实现例子,在故障发生后,根据保护范围内元件的拓扑连接关系、不同位置方向元件的指示形成故障位置判别矩阵,经运算确定具体的故障元件,给出合理的跳闸策略.算例表明,该算法对缺少某个方向元件信息情况下仍有很好的适应性. |
