摘要: |
提出了一种基于高频电流互感器的多路低压直流电源设计方案,它实现了高低压电路的隔离。在低压侧采用电流型定频PWM控制器UC3842控制的单端反激电路产生稳定的脉冲电流,通过高频电流互感器传递脉冲能量和实现隔离高压,高压驱动供电电路之间的隔离由多个电流互感器实现,并且该电源可以实现输出不同等级的电压和电流以满足驱动电路的要求。试验结果表明,该方案能为大功率电力半导体器件提供足够大的驱动电压和驱动电流,提高高压控制系统的可靠性和稳定性。 |
