常规变电站数字化改造的关键技术分析

摘要:
根据数字化变电站的层次结构,比较了常规变电站和数字化变电站的技术特征,介绍了常规一次设备数字化改造的智能终端?符合IEC61850标准的单播采样值(SMV)服务和面向通用对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)服务?数字化变电站各层间数据交互和监控等关键技术?分析了某110 kV常规变电站数字化改造后的网络结构?简易母差保护和网络化过负荷减载,并指出了改造后智能终端数据不稳定?光纤网络容易发热?各层网络相对独立,需要实现全站集成自动化等问题?

Abstract:
The technical features are compared in hierarchy between conventional substation and digital substation. The key technologies for the digital retrofitting of conventional substation are introduced: intelligent terminal,IEC61850-based SMV and GOOSE,data interaction between layers and monitoring,etc. The network structure,simple bus protection and networked overload shedding of a retrofitted 110 kV substation are analyzed. It is pointed out that,the data of its intelligent terminal is unstable,its fiber is easily overheated and its network layers are relatively independent,for which the totally integrated automation is needed.
