组合通信模式下发电机监控系统的设计与实践

摘要:
原有的调速单元用串行总线连接发电机监控系统,采用西门子点对点(PPI)协议;保护单元由工业以太网络连接,采用保护IEC60870-5-103规约。现对新增励磁单元实施独立于调速单元的串行总线连接,采用Modbus协议。监控主机对不同的信道采用巡检扫描方式,采用时分复用的模式来实现对发电机各单元的监视和控制;软件系统采用底层的应用程序接口,保证了监控的实时有效性;由保护单元传回的发电机运行参数作为判据协调控制励磁和调速单元。介绍了发电机监控系统组合通信模式的设计与实施,其在工程应用中取得了满意的效果。

Design and implementation of generator supervisory system with combined communication mode

Abstract:
The original speed regulation unit is connected to the generator supervisory system via serial bus with Siemens PPI agreement and the protective unit via industrial Ethernet with IEC60870-5-103 protocol. The newly added excitation unit is connected via another serial bus with Modbus agreement. The system host scans different communication channels and supervises different generator units in time-division multiplexing mode. Its software system adopts the application program interfaces to ensure the real-time performance. The generator operating parameters from the protective unit are used to coordinate and control the excitation unit and speed regulation unit. The introduced combined communication mode is implemented in engineering applications with satisfactory results.
