摘要: |
由于矩阵变换器没有中间直流储能环节,输入端的任何扰动都会对输出端产生影响。为了保证矩阵变换器系统在非正常输入电压工况下仍能安全稳定运行,基于空间矢量调制策略提出了一种采用输出电压和输入电压空间矢量幅值实时计算电压调制比的方法。该方法通过采集输入端电压的瞬时值对开关状态的占空比进行实时调节,从而保证输入电压在正常和非正常工况下,矩阵变换器的输出电压均维持在给定值。在一台5 kW矩阵变换器原理样机上进行了实验,实验结果表明所提出的调制方法不需要增加额外的控制电路,只需要调整空间矢量调制比的计算,即可实现矩阵变换器在输入电压正常和非正常工况下均能输出三相正弦对称电压,方法简单、易行。 |

Abstract: |
Due to the lack of DC-link energy storage elements in matrix converter,any disturbance of its input voltage will influence its output voltage. A method to calculate the modulation ratio of output voltage to input voltage in real time is proposed based on the space vector modulation,which adjusts the duty-cycle of switch states according to the instantaneous input voltage sampled to maintain the output voltage. Tests are carried out on a 5 kW matrix converter prototype and experimental results verify that,by the proposed strategy and without any additional control circuit,the matrix converter outputs three-phase sinusoidal symmetrical voltage under both normal and abnormal conditions of input voltage. |
