摘要:
电网中某一停电事故可能导致多个备自投动作,制定备自投的投退控制策略时要充分考虑多个备自投之间的组合以及上下级配合问题。针对此问题,提出了2个全新矩阵模型,通过分析各备自投装置在电网中的位置建立了备自投实时分级矩阵模型,区分其上下级关系;通过分析故障原件位置与备自投装置动作特性建立了备自投实时关联矩阵模型,给出预想故障与应动作备自投装置之间的初步对应关系。在上述2个矩阵的基础上通过矩阵乘法设计了一种新的用以在线分析备自投投退组合的实时算法。算例分析表明所提算法可以准确得出不同故障下系统所应动作的备自投组合,并且还能有效处理发生多重故障情况时的备自投装置投退组合问题。

Abstract:
As one failure may cause the action of several BATSs(Busbar Automatic Transfer Switches) in a power grid,their combination and the coordination between levels should be fully considered in the control strategy of BATS. Two matrix models are proposed:the BATS real-time rating matrix model,established by analyzing the position of every BATS in the power grid to distinguish their rating relationship,and the BATS real-time incidence matrix model,established by analyzing the position of failure and the operating characteristics of BATS to describe the preliminary relationship between the preconceive fault and the BATS to be operated. By the multiplication of these two matrixes,a real-time algorithm for analyzing the online BATS combination is designed. Case study shows that,it gives accurately the BATS combination to be operated for a particular failure,as well as the multiple failures.
