基于C8051F043的变电站监控系统通信模块的设计与实现

摘要:
设计了基于C8051F043的变电站监控系统,该系统由智能节点、主控制器和控制台工作站组成。在系统通信模块节点设计中以CAN总线为通信模式,硬件设计中结合实例给出了节点的电路原理框图和结合CAN控制器节点可能有的冲突及抗干扰能力方面给出了相应硬件的解决方案;软件设计中对节点开发程序的设计流程图、不同波特率下位定时寄存器设置、收/发模式不同模式下的关键代码以及CAN控制器在初始化完成后处于挂起状态问题进行了分析。实验运行表明,通信节点运行可靠,达到变电站监控的工程目的。

Abstract:
A substation monitoring system based on C8051F043 is designed,which is comprised of smart node,main controller and console work station. The design of communication module adopts CAN(Controller Area Network) bus as the communication mode. For hardware,its circuit is presented with examples and the solutions for possible conflict and interference among CAN controllers are given. For software,the design flowchart of node development,the setting of bit timer register for different baud rates,the key codes of receiving and sending modes are given and the suspended state of CAN controller after initialization is analyzed. Trial operation indicates that the communication module runs reliably,meeting the requirements of substation monitoring.
