| 研究了数字化变电站间隔层和过程层的配置，提出了一种110 kV数字化站的保护配置和应用方案，配置了双重化的变压器保护和母差保护等。然后从可靠性、成本等多方面出发，提出了另外一种应用方案，该方案采用了继电保护就地化的思路，包括主变后备保护在高低压侧的就地化，并且单重化配置；取消了完全母差保护，采用了集成到馈线保护等的不完全母差保护。基于IEC61850－9－2采样值传输协议和GOOSE机制的网络化备自投、过负荷联切和10 kV快速简易母线保护已经应用在2种配置方案中。 |

| The protection configuration is researched for process level and bay level of digital substation and the protection configuration and application scheme is proposed for 110 kV digital substation，which is equipped with duplicated transformer protection and bus differential protection. With the consideration of reliability，cost，etc.，another scheme is proposed based on the protection localization，including the single transformer backup protection at both high and low voltage sides. The complete bus differential protection is cancelled while the partial bus differential protection is integrated into the feeder protection，etc. Based on IEC61850-9-2 sample transport protocols and GOOSE-type network，10 kV partial bus differential protection， automatic bus transfer device and overload cutoff are equipped in both schemes. |
