省级电网发、输电设备检修优化系统研究与开发

摘要:
利用集成开发工具JBuilder,采用Oracle9i数据库,成功设计开发了结构合理、功能齐全、界面友好、具有很强实用性的初级电力市场环境下省级电网发、输电设备检修优化系统,较好地解决了目前检修计划安排只靠人为经验制定和输电设备检修安排如何配合发电设备检修等问题。简要介绍了系统相应的功能设计及其实现的关键技术,系统提供了强大的人机交互功能,可以使操作员灵活地选择优化目标和设置不同的约束条件,系统应用达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:
For the provincial power grid in deregulated electricity market,an optimal maintenance system of generation and transmission devices is designed with the development tool JBuilder,which adopts Oracle9i database and has rational structure,complete functions,friendly interface and good practicability. It avoids the experience-dependent maintenance planning and coordinates the maintenances of transmission device and generation device. Its functional design and key implementation techniques are introduced. Its comprehensive human-machine interaction function allows the operator to easily select the object optimized and set different constraints. Application in actual power grid achieves the prospective effect.
