基于无刷直流电机的风力机特性模拟

摘要:
为了能在不具备风场环境的实验室条件下对风力发电技术进行研究, 设计了一套新型的风力机模拟器实验平台。首先分析了风力机运行原理,通过控制无刷直流电机电枢电流来模拟风力机转矩输出特性;接着建立了适用于定桨距风力机的动静态模型,制定了精度较高的转矩闭环控制方案,在MATLAB/Simulink环境中,采用转矩补偿策略分别对定风速和变风速2种情况进行了仿真分析, 结果表明该方案能准确地模拟风力机的运行特性。在此基础上搭建了由PC机、RT-LAB、DSP控制器和无刷直流电机构成的风力机模拟硬件平台,对不同风速给定下的风力机输出特性进行了模拟实验,实验结果验证了基于转矩闭环控制的风力机特性模拟方案的可行性。

Abstract:
An experimental platform of wind turbine simulator is designed for the research of wind turbine power generation in laboratory environment. The operating principle of wind turbine is analyzed and the output characteristics of wind turbine are imitated by controlling the armature current of BLDCM(Brushless DC Motor). A static and dynamic model of fixed-pitch wind turbine is established and a high-precision torque close-loop control scheme is developed. The torque compensation strategy is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink environment under constant and variable wind speed conditions and the results show that the operating characteristics of wind turbine are accurately imitated. A wind turbine imitation system composed of PC,RT-LAB,DSP controller and BLDCM is constructed and the experimental results for different wind speeds verify the feasibility of the proposed wind turbine imitation scheme based on torque closed-loop control.
