随机负载条件下非接触供电系统的自适应调谐方法

摘要:
建立了基于可分离变压器的感应耦合电能传输系统的物理模型,从理论上研究了传输效率的影响因素。数学分析表明,动态负载会导致电路系统的电抗发生改变,因此系统会偏离谐振状态。提出了采用固定激励电源频率与动态调节电路无功器件参数相结合的方法进行自适应调谐。激励电源保持较高的固定工作频率,实时检测负载电流,根据最大电流原则调节回路的补偿电容值,使系统重新回归谐振状态。实验结果表明,所提方法能使系统重新回归谐振状态。

Abstract:
The physical model of inductively coupled power transfer system based on separable transformer is built and the factors affecting power transmission efficiency are researched. Theoretical analysis shows that the dynamic loads will cause the change of circuit reactance and the circuit system will deviate from the resonant state. An adaptive tuning method combining the fixed power frequency with the dynamic adjustment of circuit reactive parameters is proposed. The excitation power source maintains high frequency and the load current is detected in real-time. The compensative capacitance of circuit is adjusted according to the principle of maximum load current to force the system back to resonant state. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
