利用基波电流相量变化率识别行波保护中雷击干扰

摘要:
输电线路遭受非故障性雷击可能会造成行波保护误动。针对该问题,通过分析短路故障、故障性雷击及非故障性雷击产生的附加电流分量的特征,提出利用基波电流相量变化率快速识别雷击干扰的方法。线路发生短路故障或遭受故障性雷击,附加电流分量中的衰减直流分量和基波故障分量导致基波电流相量变化率迅速增大;线路遭受非故障性雷击,雷击后基波电流相量变化率较小。利用S变换确定雷击或故障的起始时刻,依据起始时刻之后基波电流相量变化率的大小识别雷击干扰。EMTDC仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性和可靠性。

Apply fundamental current phasor change rate to identify lightning disturbance to travelling wave protection

Abstract:
Travelling wave protection may operate improperly when transmission line is struck by lightning,aiming at which,a method applying the change rate of fundamental current phasor to rapidly identify the lightning disturbance is proposed. Analysis shows that,the decaying DC component and the fundamental fault component in the additional current induced by the short circuit fault or lightning-strike fault make the change rate of fundamental current phasor increasing rapidly while it keeps small when the lightning disturbance does not result in a fault. The start time of fault or lightning disturbance is confirmed by S transform and the change rate of the fundamental current phasor after it is used to identify the lightning disturbance. The simulative results by EMTDC prove the proposed method is effective and reliable.
