基于潮流转移分布熵和负荷冲击灵敏度熵的电力系统关键线路识别

摘要:
从直流潮流入手,结合矩阵理论,提出一种基于网络拓扑结构确定潮流转移区域及计算潮流转移量的方法,基于此定义潮流转移分布熵和负荷冲击灵敏度熵,提出关键线路综合评价指标。该指标既能衡量线路断开后系统内潮流转移按照线路容量裕度分布的均衡程度,又能衡量线路对各负荷节点负荷变化的灵敏程度。通过对所识别的IEEE 39节点系统的关键线路进行静态攻击,证明了所提方法的有效性和可行性。

Critical line identification of power grid based on power flow transferring distribution entropy and load impact sensitivity entropy

Abstract:
According to DC power flow and matrix theory, a method based on network topology is proposed to determine the power flow transferring area and the power flow transferring amount, on this basis, the power flow transferring distribution entropy and load impact sensitivity entropy are defined, and the comprehensive evaluation index of critical lines is proposed, which can measure the uniform distribution degree of power flow transferring according to the line capacity margin after the disconnection of the line, and the sensitivity of the line to the load variation of each load node. The static attack of the identified critical line of IEEE 39-bus system is carried out, verifying the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
