静止同步串联补偿器的启停策略

摘要:
静止同步串联补偿器(SSSC)因启动困难问题一直制约其工程应用和发展。提出一种可转换的带外接充电支路的SSSC电路,将其充电状态和正常运行状态设计为2种不同的工作模态;详细分析基于上述电路的SSSC启停方案,即基于网侧旁路开关的“零电流分”启动策略和“零电压合”停运策略,实现SSSC启停过程中系统的稳定;最后,在南京220 kV西环网统一潮流控制器(UPFC)工程上验证了所提SSSC启停策略的正确性。

Abstract:
The application and development of the SSSC(Static Synchronous Series Compensator) are restricted due to the difficulty of its start-up. A novel SSSC circuit with external charging circuit is proposed, whose charging state and normal operation state are designed as two different working modes. The start-up and shutdown control strategy for SSSC is analyzed in detail based on the proposed circuit, i. e. the bypass switch on the grid side is opened while its current is zero in start-up stage, and closed while its voltage is zero in shutdown stage. Therefore, the power of the grid is stable during the whole start-up and shutdown progress of SSSC. Finally, the proposed start-up and shutdown control strategy for SSSC is verified in the 220 kV Nanjing Western UPFC Project.
