摘要:
冷热电联供(CCHP)型微网与配电网通过联络线耦合,2种不同利益主体间博弈必然会给传统经济调度带来挑战。通过在配电网中对需求响应技术的应用以及其与CCHP型微网协调并行求解,最大限度地提升多主体利益,降低耦合系统运行成本。基于Logistic函数模糊响应机理优化分时电价,进而引导配电网用户用电负荷合理转移,调整该系统的负荷需求;通过目标级联分析法将耦合系统中联络线功率进行等效,从而实现耦合系统解耦并行求解;通过具体算例证明了在配电网中考虑分时电价,不仅具有削峰填谷的效果,还降低了CCHP型微网和配电网两大利益主体的运行成本。

Abstract:
With the coupling of CCHP(Combined Cooling, Heating and Power)-based microgrid and distribution network through tie lines, the game between two different interest subjects will inevitably bring challenges to the traditional economic scheduling. Through the application of demand response technology in distribution network and the coordinated parallel solution of distribution network and CCHP-based microgrid, the benefits of multiple subjects are maximumly improved and the operating cost of coupling system is reduced. The time-of-use electricity price is optimized based on the fuzzy response mechanism of Logistic function, thus inducing distribution network users to transfer load reasonably and adjusting the load demand of system. The tie line power of coupling system is equivalent by the analytical target cascading, so as to realize decoupling and parallel solution of coupling system. The concrete case proves that considering time-of-use electricity price in distribution network can not only have the effect of peak-load shifting, but also reduce the operating cost of CCHP-based microgrid and distribution network.
