| Synchronization is one of the important operations of substation.A microprocessor-based measuring and control device with synchronization function is demonstrated.Its hardware design,syn-chronizing point prediction algorithm and circuit breaker close mode are analyzed.The interlock function and leading time measuring are also introduced. |
