| 分布式网络规约是美国ＩＥＥＥ电力工程协会在ＩＥＣ的基础上制定的美国国家标准，是国际标准规约。因为ＤＮＰ３．０规约适用面广，功能庞大，所以对其理解，使用和实现的难度也相应地增大，这里主要谈谈ＤＮＰ３．０规约的特点，概念及其基本构成框架。 |

| Based on world recognized IEC 870 5 standards,DNP3 0 (Distributed Network Protocol version3 0) is established by PES of IEEE in America.It is an international standard protocol.Trying to cover all the applications DNP is difficult to understand,use and implement.It mainly introduces features,concepts and basic components of DNP3 0 protocol. |
