发电厂安全稳定紧急控制装置的研制--装置及实验

摘要:
作为“发电厂安全稳定紧急控制装置的研制-原理及算法”的续篇,主要介绍了WAW-1型安全稳定紧急控制装置的实现技术及动模试验结果。装置以分层分布多CPU系统模块构成,以人用内存方式实现高速通信,以软硬件配合解决多CPU系统的同步采样、同数据窗计算和同步计算状态转换的技术问题。动模试验结果表明,串眼电厂送出线运行方式、运行状态的变化,线路过负荷正确报警。系统故障时能正确预测暂态稳定性并快速投入切机措施

Abstract:
It mainly introduces the implementation technology and the physical simulation of WAW?1 power System security Emergency Control Equipment.The equipment is of multi-CPU distributed and hierarchic system. It uses common memory to realize high-speed communication, solves the technical problems of in-phase sampling and state switchover of same data window calculation and synchronous calculation in the multi-CPU system by both software and hardware. The physical simulation results show that the equipment can follow the run-state change of power plant feeders, alarm correctly when line overload occurs; forecast transient stability correctly when fault occurs and put in off-load measures to prevent system instability. The equipment can check-up synchronization loss and start up disconnection when power system dynamic instability occurs, which meets the expected control demand.
